Today, paramedics Jacob and Dan got to meet a patient they assisted in the past. To thank them for the compassionate care they provided, the patient presented them with a custom-made commemorative coin.

At the end of the day to reduce ambulance offload times you need to reduce crowding in the ER and the only way to do that is to improve access to hospital ward beds to ease the congestion from boarded patients
