Hi @Vimeo I have had a support ticket for over a week and been passed to 3 support team members and now no response in 6 days. I simply want to change my plan tier to “Plus”. Can you pls help me resolve this?

@SkyNewsAust is there a way to watch tonight’s election debate without a paid subscription if you live in a metro area? And if you don’t have an LG or Samsung brand of TV? Will it be live streamed on YouTube? The only option I can find is by having a paid subscription.

Is there a way for people to watch tonight’s Election debate for free? I don’t live in a regional area so don’t have Sky News for free. Or Foxtel. Or a paid Sky news or daily telegraph subscription. Surely this has to be freely accessible to the voting population?

@AmazonAustralia please stop using @auspost as a delivery supplier. Every time they handle one of my orders there’s a problem. And today is the second time a delivery has gone missing after claiming to be delivered… to a post office I might add. Not to my address.

@AmazonHelp Thanks Jason. I pay for a delivery service, not a “click and collect” which is how @auspost continually treat it. When asked why they don’t deliver my package they say there was a problem with access, security etc. none of which is applicable.

@AmazonAustralia please don’t use @auspost as a delivery partner. I pay a monthly fee to have items DELIVERED to me. Not taken straight to a post office for me to then go queue & collect.

@AmazonHelp Thanks Rochelle. I have already just spent 45 minutes on hold to @auspost waiting to speak to someone. I shouldn’t have to chase to simply have my package delivered to me rather than taken to a depot. I don’t have time.
