Tesla’s are one of the cheapest vehicles on the market. And one of the best selling because of the value. I’m not getting into this whole we should have better public transportation argument. It’s null. America has an economy of suburbs and automobiles. We created the highway system to support those suburbs. Major cities like NY have their own subway system. Whether building high speed rails is a better route is out of my wheelhouse house. That is not the argument of the segment though.

This isnt a moral gauge of the man. This is a financial argument as to the authenticity of the man’s wealth. He could be a better parent, he could do social things better. His mindset is set on building the world’s most ambitious and helpful companies to society. That’s part of the reason why he is probably not a more present father. When you spend 100 hours a week try to build the best companies in the world the fall out of that is less time to be the perfect citizen. That isn’t to take away from his value though as a human. We all have different priorities and it’s easy to sit on X and criticize how one polarizing human does it in a different way than you would.
