@MotabilityOps I’m just struggling to understand with learning difficulties why claims are not at least investigated further when people leave parked vehicles on a dangerous unavoidable hazard when there is meant to be possibilities to challenge these, I just don’t see how much more dangerous

@Offical_SOTD I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your car. If it’s not driveable, you’ll need to contact RAC Motability Assist for support on 08007311173. They can arrange recovery of non-driveable vehicles, and discuss keeping you mobile in the meantime too. Take care, Ellen

@MotabilityOps car is buggered and @Jeep can't fix it till the 15th of April. What the hell sort of service is that? Seriously?? No car and I'm housebound! 😔😔

We don't allow dashcam's to be hardwired into our vehicles as this could null and void the warranty on the vehicle. @AskThePolice @nottspolice @TheIFB @DirectLine @MotabilityOps please allow us to hardwire our dashboard cameras as we need the evidence to protect ourselves when you get idiots parked like this and there’s nothing we can do about it :( despite me being unable to avoid any incident so the blame passes to me :(

Has anyone else got a (brand new) @vauxhall combo life EV which they've had issues with? Collected my new @MotabilityOps car 2.5 weeks ago. It's faulty/unsafe to drive for the 2nd time. Hasn't even got 200 miles on the clock yet 😕

@minnican @MotabilityOps @PeugeotUK @RAC @EuropcarUK The RAC left us waiting for 7hrs to be helped, then ‘de-prioritised’ our job when I ‘chose’ to take the offer of a taxi home with disabled child at gone 10pm! Our car was not then recovered for 4 days!

It's now day 8 without our disabled sons's @MotabilityOps car. Taylor's @PeugeotUK have our E3008 again after another fault. The @RAC couldn't fix and @EuropcarUK Peterborough, a car rental company, have no cars. It's appalling service from all involved. Shame on you all.

@MotabilityOps It is already at the complaint stage and we have a case manager. We took possession of the vehicle not realising the issues until my son became trapped in the vehicle. Going public now seems to be the only way to get help as foundation state they don’t have info needed from you

@MotabilityOps @Motability you might want to reconsider how you send letters in the future. This was sent on 1st February and I've received it today, 26th February. What on earth is going on @RoyalMail ??? Shocking 😡
