Ramaphosa Faces Impeachment Inquiry After ConCourt Ruling‼️‼️‼️
The Constitutional Court has found that Parliament acted unconstitutionally, failed to defend the Constitution, and neglected its oversight responsibilities.
In the Phala Phala judgment expected tomorrow, the majority ruling is set to find that the Section 89 Panel report must be returned to Parliament for proper processing, while directing the Speaker to establish an impeachment inquiry against President Cyril Ramaphosa.
