A longitudinal study (n=120) shows that while overall T-cell repertoire features are similar, specific T-cell clones and sequence motifs differ in individuals with #LongCOVID (PASC). ➡️ Contracting clones after acute infection were enriched for SARS-CoV-2 specificity in all, but Influenza A–specific TCRs were overrepresented in PASC, suggesting a role for co-infection or immune imprinting. 1/
