Libby Haynes and Helene Meissner represented NORWESCAP at the Raritan Valley Community College Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Partner Breakfast. Certificates were awarded in recognition of providing extraordinary service learning opportunities for the students of RVCC.
