They have physical ones (like climbing ropes to other side without touching ground) or skill based ones (throwing balls into holes). Assuming he dropped it in one of the physical challenge rooms

@DiscussKing @Dexerto Level 99 has rooms that are called 'challenges'. Basically like an interactive mini game, ranging from athletic ones (climbing ropes without touching ground) or skill-based things (like throwing balls into holes). Probably dropped it doing one of the athletic/physical ones

Use whatever is comfortable, of course, but it may give some answers since it's such an underdiagnosed thing due to people thinking pain is 'normal'
