@Gujarathousing1 @ExeGhbSurat @Bhupendrapbjp Respected Commissioner GHB #SBVasavaSir, We regret to bring to your kind attention that although the AGM and Election process was completed by attendance of 321 members of Sardar Heights GHB Bhagdavada Association on 15th October 2023 in a most transparent and democratic manner as per the rules regulations & guidelines of GHB. The Deposed President went ahead with calling of one more AGM on 22nd October 2023 at the venue not known to the members, Chief Election officer not declared so far and now he has gone hiding and absconding from the complex. I am informed candidates are calling him on his contact number and Association office he is no where to be found. We request your kind office to cancel the AGM and Election of 22nd October 23 and declare it as null and void. The AGM & Election of the Association is already concluded and Agenda Minutes and records including the videos are already submitted for your perusal in your office on 16th October 23.
We've lodged a Police complaint against a bogus doctor practicing in Kaprada. This is 21st such FIR. Appeal to people to seek treatment from qualified doctors only. Complaint can be raised about such practices on health control room 02632-253381. @InfoValsadGoG @collectorvalsad

Sir, Letter replied by co operative registrar under Valsad Jilla Panchayat exposes the transperancy & nexus between the alleged accused chief promoter & the officials working under the co op dept at valsad. We have few questions 1.Are the documents submitted by the chief promoter for registration of the proposed service society, a secret document under official secrecy act ? 2.Are the documents containing the risk of defence or security details of the country ? What is so great about the documents that it cannot be shown to the flat owners for whom the service society is being registered ? We have reasons to believe what must have changed hands for such suspicious acts of officials of co op dept. We have be writing for last two months with proofs but the administration rules in favour of the chief promoter who is accused of encroachment, illegal construction, land grabbing of GHB., mis-utilising the sinking funds, no effort for recovery of maintenance from defaulters amounting to Rs 63 lakhs,Not getting the accounts audited of FY 20-21 & 22-23. Not holding the AGM. Resp @AmitShah Saheb, we seek your urgent intervention and pray to you for safety of the hard earned money amounting to Rs 15 crores of the middle class & lower middle class is at stake.
@Dharmen74063526 @PratiksUpadhyayસર,વલસાડ મદદનીશ જીલ્લા રજીસ્ટ્રાર દ્વારા અત્યંત બેજવાબદાર જવાબો અપાઈ રહ્યા છે.તેઓ સ્પષ્ટ જણાવે છે તેઓ કોઈ RTIહેઠળ આવતા નથી અને આ જવાબ માં તો હદ કરી છે.નોંધણી માટે આપેલ કાગળો નહિ આપવા વિનંતી કરેલ હોવાથી ન આપી શકાય@DDO_VALSADના અધિકારક્ષેત્ર માં નથી
