youtu.be/udiIXMW6IVE?li… If your life is in WorkFlowy then @rawbytz's WFx extension is nothing short of life-changing. WFx allows you to get around blazing fast – and do things in WorkFlowy you never thought you'd need. The day you unwrap WFx, you won't be able to live without it.

The Interview: A Short Film about a Hitman looking for a career change. (SOUND UP!) Tools tagged below, but obviously leaning heavily on Runway's Act-1. I'll have a full walkthrough/review on the channel coming up, in the meantime: Hope you get a laugh!

@MariusBongarts Is there a better place where we can reach out with feature suggestions? For instance, perhaps you might consider having an option to actively activate Web Highlights on a page-by-page basis? I find myself disabling for most sites I work with where I would not need highlighting.

@ProMashUp Yeah, As I am using my tool myself a lot, I understand how frustrating this is. Unfortunately, it's hard to make it work on every website as every page is different. I know that it worked on ChatGpt in the past. I will check what I can do as ChatGpt is highlighted by many users.

@MariusBongarts LOVING the Web Highlights app 🚀 Is there a way to have highlights within ChatGPT appear in order as they do with other sites? Currently the ChatGPT highlights seem to appear in random order in the left bar. I can't figure out the rhyme or reason.

@MariusBongarts I actually found Web Highlights via a post you wrote about using it to highlight in ChatGPT. Either way, even if there's a small issue with ChatGPT highlight order, the tool is valuable enough to work around the issue.

@MariusBongarts Thanks Marius, Yep, I've been sorting them into order manually as I highlight. Doing so after multiple highlights gets increasingly more difficult. Interestingly in many cases, highlights within the same paragraph in GPT are sorted out of order. I can't figure out any pattern.

@ProMashUp Hey, Happy to hear that you like the extension! By default, the app tries to sort highlights as they appear on the page. On some websites this might not work as expected. I will check how I can improve that on ChatGpt. Did you notice, that you can also sort highlights manually?

@cgenco If you could figure that out, it'd take WF up a notch.

@ProMashUp Oh how neat! That's a tradeoff that makes sense to me: I imagine navigations happen an order of magnitude or two more often than page loads. I'm curious about hybrid data strategies that could hold a library of books without slow initial page loads 🤔

@ProMashUp @WorkFlowy Oh interesting. Why would more data increase loading time? Does WorkFlowy load all your data on the first page load?

@cgenco @WorkFlowy So it's really got to be a book you're wanting to slice and dice and analyze the heck out of.

@cgenco @WorkFlowy If you live in WF it's incredibly convenient to make a book part of your workflow. The only thing is that keeping several books in WF increases the loading time rather significantly... so I've had to export those scores of thousands of bullets once a book is read.

@vgr @NirantK @danfinlay I was wondering the other day why men's underwear has not evolved significantly over the decades. Perhaps they're not ambitious or generative enough. They do seem to be open-ended, though...

@atirion @WorkFlowy @ProMashUp @diaryofvictor @RoamResearch @NotionHQ Workflowy is great. Used it for some time and it has one of the most fluid UI's for an outliner I have ever seen. But frankly, the pace of development scared me away. wasn't happy investing in a platform that was expanding quickly. Still great product, but lost the faith.

@tiesmaster Aaah... 1.14 is outdated because they just came out with the “boards” feature. I think it was a hack for creating columns.

@ProMashUp I just watched the promotion videos, and you really convinced me to level up my Workflowing ;) Just bought the screenshots, though, I just noticed that cast 1.14 is not available (YouTube says "[Private video]"). Something went wrong with that video perhaps?

@mixcocam @WorkFlowy Absolutely. Roam is a child of workflowy in many ways. I unfortunately never used it when I was really searching for a tool. I skipped over it and went to dynalist. But I played with it recently and it’s great.

@twmk @WorkFlowy @twmk Not yet. This is a desktop and browser feature. Also... it gives the last-changed/ updated date and won't currently show the created date if the bullet has been edited subsequent to creating.

@WorkFlowy in the Android app is there a way to see when the bullet has been created?

@ajRiverav @lavanyaai You may want to deactivate the "Linkify collapsed items" in your Settings menu for the "Classic" WorkFlowy... unless you manually underlined all of your items in the screenshot :-)

So far this structure has worked flawlessly. It's a variation of a recommendation by @lavanyaai. Thank you!
