@Bananabuton Not should be free, it's should be accessible. There are a lot of things here that make some games inaccessible. Resellers making them unaffordable, physical copies never making it here, never getting translated, no way at all to purchase it. Usually Piracy is a service problem

In requiem they are already using changed events from the remakes & there's the comments they made to GOG. The new lead has essentially "replaced" the old games with his version. Not eliminating them from existence

Maybe dumbing down game design to match the level of DSP had ramifications on some of the player base that has destroyed their ability to engage with anything not holding their hand to an absurd degree

@_Meloku Series is insanely good. They could have ended it after Ivy but completely blew away my expectations with the new arc. Hope they can get across the art style and sheer darkness of this world in the show

Fool Night is one of the best manga in recent years. It’s a remarkably well written dystopia set in a world where humans turn into plants, moving between body horror and more poetic scenes. There are ethical questions about the future of humanity. I recommend it to sci-fi fans.

Watched episode 2 of “Nippon Sangoku.” Yeah, this is seriously good. Like, really good. Total hit. And then, out of nowhere, Jun Fukuyama and Kazuhiro Yamaji show up. Man… that made me genuinely happy. What is it about this anime? Somehow it makes me slip into a Kansai accent watching it. Yeah, I’m definitely watching more 🗾

Here's another Resident Evil take from a guy who hasn't played a new one in 20 years (but this relates to my point, bear with me) - obviously, Leon being back at RPD in the new one is supposed to have gravitas, because it's been almost 30 years...But the RE2 remake only came out 7 years ago! Imagine if this were the first time you'd ever seen this location rendered with modern graphics. But the designers still want to play the moment as if this were the first time gamers had seen it since 1998, when really it's no weightier than if you were dramatically revisiting the house from RE 7.
