Paul Bird (1967-2023) The Bennetts British Superbike Championship is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Paul Bird, the Team Owner of Paul Bird Motorsport (PBM), the series’ most successful team. Paul Bird died earlier today at the age of 56 following a short time in hospital with illness. Paul’s family are requesting privacy during this time.

On Friday 2nd July, I lost my husband @AmboLiam, best friend, soul mate and our baby Bonnie lost her daddy at just 11 days old. Yesterday I saw him for the last time, exactly 6 years after getting engaged. Today, he’ll leave our home for the final journey to his resting place.
