Met a BDS guy (final year student) on this app last year December, he schools in Enugu, I admire him a lot. We comment on each other's post, so I decided to DM him. We started talking, so he asked me for my WhatsApp number, we started getting to know each other, even though I knew it may be difficult considering our distance, but then anything can happen sha, it's not like we're in different countries. So one day, I tried to be a little bit permissive, so I told him "I know we will soon stop talking", he was like, he will only stop talking to me if I stop texting him that he would never text me, this is someone I already liked oo. So, I said okay but I wasn't really okay because someone who is actually feeling you won't tell you that. So one day we were talking and I slept off and the next day I had a lot on my plate, after that day I came back and replied his message. He was angry, he told me he hates when people leave him "unread" this was someone who told me he would never text me except I text him first oo. That was too much, he was legit angry and vibrating over the text, you could feel the anger from the texts. He even vowed to block me next time I leave him "unread". I shaa apologized and he forgave me and we kept talking and he would tell me about his day and how he observed surgery in the OR, other times we engage in basic clinical banter and it was all fun yunno. He even used to explain stuffs to me and I used to be very impressed☺️ So one day I intentionally left him "unread" again to see if he really meant that he would block me. Ladies and gentlemen, he blocked me ooo😭😭😂 He didn't block me on twitter though o we still follow each other, he even still comments on my posts😭😭😂 but I try to react to his posts whenever I come across them. He just blocked me and just like that we never spoke again. It's just weird considering the fact that I liked him and I just wanted to keep the friendship going and I was always the first texting him. That was too much dominance for me because I have never been in that kind of situation before where I would always be the one to start conversations everytime and still get threatened to be blocked when I don't reply fast. Omo, the story is soo funny and some of you might actually blame me but I say make I tell una, I was bored this morning.
