Here’s why it’s bad. Falcon is heavily occupied by flight schools which will end their leases at the airport. The city doesn’t make their money on landing fees, they make it by collecting 10k a month from hangar rental. I suspect over time the airport will transform more into a Scottsdale airport and Cessna traffic will be replaced by jet traffic

Several teams calling about Crosby within hours of the Ravens deal falling apart tells you the market for him is real despite the physical concerns. Las Vegas is in a strong position here. They can keep him, get him healthy, and trade from a position of strength rather than desperation.

Raiders already have received calls from “several” teams inquiring about the availability of Maxx Crosby in a trade, per source. For now the Raiders are prepared to get Crosby healthy and have him play for Las Vegas. But they are listening to other teams.

Almost all Super Bowl winning teams are constructed in a way where value is maximized at the most positions possible.
