@YaleHomeUs @TheVanessaHo I bought a Yael lock with a keypad and Bluetooth in December and it’s already jammed. I’m getting no help from Customer Service. I’ve left lots of messages. Could somebody please call me back thank you.

@TheVanessaHo Yesterday, we saw latency issues within our servers that impacted various app and lock functionalities. Our system recovered around 9:45 PM PST last night and these issues have now been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us at support@yalelock.com

@YaleHomeUs We have Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch but when I go to the Guest List in the app, it shows a blank screen and I get a 504 error about not being able to connect to the gateway. Is there something wrong with our lock or it something on your end?

@westelm My Marin couch cushions are too small - they are two inches below the back of the couch - and YES, I fluff them daily. But WestElm refuses to make it right.

@westelm Unbelievable. Couch was lost on 10/19 and i am still waiting for someone to issue me the refund so I can order a new couch. But they make you use a gift card that doesn't work.

couch lost twice, 7 phone calls, terrible customer service, 2 more hours on the phone. Charged me immediately for a couch i didn't order then said it takes 7-10 days to refund $$. So done with West Elm.
