Because Steam user reviews are not really reviews in the traditional sense. I don't understand what people say about official translations being bad. Those I find are better. I will still pirate though.

@Rinne_yt Blame governments, corporations, and legal and political bullshit. If you can offer the japanese content as written, or with good translations, people in the west will buy it. If you don't offer it, or have to use bad companies or bad translations, they prefer other means.
