@saks @TOMFORD I purchased a beautiful designer dress from Saks and this is how it was shipped. Extremely poor quality cheap shipping box with the dress rolled up and stuffed into a tiny plastic sleeve that was too small. The dress was bulging out and exposed because the box was destroyed

@saks is terrible: purchased a t-shirt (to use my $50 Amex credit). Price $88. I receive it and the price tag is $65. That’s 32% more expensive! You know Saks purchased it for a lower price but marked it up to match the current price. Absolute joke.
