If you threaten ICE, or their families, you WILL face the full force of federal law. Our courageous men and women face death threats, just like this, every day. Individuals making the threats will be held accountable.

DIRECT THREAT: An agitator spray-paints "kill your local ICE agent" on the side of a federal building in Los Angeles as thousands marched through the city's downtown for the "No Kings" protest.

Im fine reflecting on it. But how am I supposed to enjoy it? A blowjob is nice in the same sense that a spherical cow is frictionless. You are eliding opportunity cost. Every blowjob-second comes at the expense of a PIV-second. No one would choose that if they actually reflected.

@Evidentioual @DanFriedman81 the current admins approach, where they shove through their agenda without any care for legality, is clearly not working. we were fine with the "brazilification". America as a superpower is on the way out with your preferred approach. Thanks, by the way, dickhead.

@DanFriedman81 So instead of being able to enact necessary changes for problems the founders couldn't predict, America is designed for a slow, stable rot to Brazilification. This isn't a dub, it's a argument against our current political system, possibly the "finale" argument.

One reason America has been stable is that our system prevents sweeping changes to the American deal whenever the opposition gets 52% of the votes. There would never be a peaceful transition of power if losing an election and giving up governing power means your whole way of life changes.

The fact one party has control of the House, Senate, and Presidency but we still have government shutdowns is incontrovertible proof that Congress is a failed institution. This cannot go on. What is the purpose of elections if the majority cannot govern when it wins?

@DanFriedman81 Were you not around in the Biden admin? Open borders, attempted vaccine mandates (some succeeded, some did not), censorship, debanking, etc.

The worst part about modern war is that we do this thing where we only hit "military targets" and not go after population centers. The last half century of warfare has been zero stakes which is why it's been disastrous. We could turn Tehran and Tel Aviv into a fucking crater, no Americans would care. Trump's polling would skyrocket if he put a Buccees and Golf Course ontop of the graves of 10 million Iranians. But no, we do this dumb game that wastes time.

ICE is already funded. They know this. This is all performative where this guy and his party admitted that their goal is "to hurt people" over it. "Were shutting down DHS and clogging airports" "Why?" "Because ICE is deporting people" This is basically the entire Democratic Party on whole all sitting and blocking a freeway.
Chris Murphy 🟧@ChrisMurphyCT

This is the only thing you need to know. Democrats want to open TSA. Republicans are refusing because they want to attach ICE funding. That’s why there are long lines. ICE.

Trump declares almost 50% of Americans to be public enemy number one – right after Iran. This is no longer politics; this is open civil war from the mouth of a president. Anyone who brands half of their own people – millions of ordinary Americans who simply vote differently – as the "greatest enemy" hasn't understood America; Trump hates it. This rhetoric isn't "tough," it's treacherous. It destroys precisely what makes America strong: the idea that Americans, despite all their differences, are one nation. Trump has just proven that he doesn't want to be president of all Americans – but merely the leader of a faction that considers the rest the enemy. Insane. And extremely dangerous.

This should be standard response to all letters sent from Congress to @SecWar from now on: "As Sec'y of War, I do not work for, or report to, you in Congress, [Rep] [Sen] [sender's name]. For additional information, refer to Art. I, § 8 and Art. II, § 2 of the US Constitution."

Secretary Hegseth needs to explain exactly what he meant when he said “no quarter." It's well established that it means to take no prisoners — to kill them instead of accept their surrender. That is illegal under U.S. and international law, would put our servicemembers at greater risk, and erodes the good order and discipline of the best military in the world. My letter to the Secretary of Defense:
