Just use the data. Gen Z has more buying power today after you adjust for average salary and inflation than boomers did. So live simply and get to work! We all had to do it!
Average wages since the 1980s:
• Nominal: ~$12k → ~$60k (~+400%)
Inflation over that period:
• ~+320%
Real buying power:
• +400% – 320% = ~+80% (raw)
• Median worker reality: ~+0–20%
So yes—today’s workers do have slightly more buying power than boomers in their 20s…

The U.S. is a net importer of crude oil. The only value in this is that you can sell in USD. But here's the thing. Two months ago nearly all the oil going through Hormuz was sold in USD. So we have gained nothing and risked the global economy.

This guy has lived in his house for 4 or 5 years and it backs up to a national park. He has a white bench that has been moved out of his yard and back onto some paths in the park property that were not there before. Someone is breaking tree limbs and snapping small trees to create them and they lead right to his yard. What would these be for?
