@SearsDeals Work customer service ever!! Washer broke after 60 days and will not exchange, appointment for service takes well over a week but I don't trust this washer not to flood again!! Now keeps starting over and over, they even tried to sell me a home warranty when I called

@SearsDeals Don't ever buy anything from sears- they are the WORST with customer service. I bought a dishwasher and it broke 12 days later. Can not get anyone to return my call and they refuse to return because I am 2 weeks over their policy- they DO NOT CARE about their client
