Charles Barry designed two buildings in the same decade.
One is Highclere Castle. The other is the Houses of Parliament.
Highclere is privately maintained, open to the public, and in excellent condition.
Parliament's own watchdog has warned it could become unsafe, or worse, if restoration keeps being delayed.
