That’s your opinion, and it’s certainly not for views, I don’t post things just for visibility. I think ppl are being far too sensitive here. I said it 2 times minimum in the post, it’s not personal it’s about the wider game. For the record out of the majority of content creators I think Andy plays the game as true as possible

YouTube is screwed either way... Blame the AI or blame the human review? Both failed a test so easy it's embarrassing to fail! Okay, so let me get this straight. YouTube just admitted their HUMAN REVIEWERS looked at a close-up of someone laughing and marked it as "violent/graphic content." A HUMAN! Looked at LAUGHTER! And saw VIOLENCE! I'm gonna need everyone to understand how insane this is. Was it the same human who "carefully reviewed and confirmed" channel terminations? Maybe this is the SAME system that banned MY channel! I spent 6 months legally fighting YouTube just to prove their AI was wrong. Won the case. Got the official decision. Turns out winning was the easy part. Getting @TeamYouTube to obey the law – that's the most difficult part.

@TeamYouTube It was removed on the 19th November due to the new gambling rules. It is an invalid removal!

@YouTubeCreators You removed a video of mine from Feb 2024 for 'Gambling' based off the statement 'Place a bet that they haven't fixed tc privilige'. My appeal was denied. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is just a saying like 'I bet they haven't done this'. In no way is it to do with gambling. Please actually have a human review!
