When it's the end of the month and water is low, paper plates make more sense than ordering another tank of water before I get paid. Soft city-dwellers wouldn't know about that though.

Today we announced our joint plan with France and other international partners to protect freedom of navigation. We need to see a return to peace and stability, and a permanent ceasefire.
