Reached the office this morning and found this resignation email in my inbox. I know this will be unpopular, but I think the employee is wrong. Almost every employee believes they work harder than everyone else and deserve more rewards. But companies cannot run on feelings. They run on roles, responsibilities, skills, and results. Yes, some people work more than others. That's life. What surprised me most was the idea that more responsibility is a punishment. To me, responsibility is often the first sign that a company trusts you with bigger opportunities. Am I wrong, or have we started confusing expectations with exploitation?

@Vivek_4580ji Similar experience, ordered eggs tray and milk. He just delivered milk, when i asked about eggs, he simply asked me to reach for complaint and left. And MASTER amazon cut the price of cashback and processed only little of the actual price. That’s @amazonIN for you!!

जो करना है कर लो Delivery Boy की ये बात सुनकर मेरा खून खौल गया 😡 कल मैंने अपने Baby के लिए ये Coconut Oil Amazon Fresh से Order किया था लेकिन Delivery Boy मेरे घर पहुँचा ही नहीं और कुछ देर बाद Order Delivered दिखा दिया गया मैंने Back Call किया तो बोला भाई मेरे पास 3 बार Cancel का Option आता है जब नहीं होता तो हम Delivered ही दिखा देते हैं मैंने कहा Product मिला ही नहीं... ना मैं आप मेरी Location पर आए तो Product Delivered कैसे हो गया मैंने कहा मेरा Order वापस देकर जाओ लेकिन उसने साफ मना कर दिया... फिर बोला जो मर्जी वो कर लो आप मेरा कुछ नहीं उखाड़ पाओगे यहाँ 1 साल तक Mail Vail पर भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं होती जो करना है करो सच बताऊँ तो Product न मिलने से ज्यादा गुस्सा मुझे उसके इस Attitude पर आया क्या ऐसी लूटमारी करने के लिए ही Amazon Fresh आपने ऐसे लड़के रखे हुए हैं क्या?
