@nationalrailenq Well the 12.07 delayed train arrived (without notice again), got on…however, now had to stop at Loughborough as there is smoke coming from it!

Well the interesting thing is that GM could have proposed exceptional circumstances re the numbers in the standard model (especially given ONS predictions) - instead they decided to propose exceptional circumstances to release green belt - entirely their decision!!!
