@GreggsOfficial what the bloody hell is going on? Terrible service in one of your stores today. One bloke didn’t have a clue what was going one and the other seemed like he couldn’t be bothered to help. I ended up cancelling part of my order because they couldn’t get it right!

Watching @RobbieRinder on @lorraine gives me great hope for the future of our prisoners. Let’s help them to come to terms with their trauma and back into society to live their lives. Prisons should be about rehabilitation, not punishment.
