2025 - I spent so much time watching crypto content creators like @RaoulGMI DCA'in into Crypto to be left frustrated that the market didn't perform as they thought. 99% of people will blame them but who can predict DJT? Conviction hasn't changed but what has changed is that I can't just sit around and wait for number to go up. My brain needs stimulation far more than doom scrolling. This year my goal was to build my own business. 1. Explored creating traditional car finance packaged with crypto backed lending with @Nexo - After speaking to their Head of Business Development it was clear this is something they're interested in. What was also clear although I understand how these traditional finance deals operate I am not the person to bring this idea to life. 2. I see retail business changing from product offerings to service offerings. Wrote and submitted business plan about Indoor Play Centre for local premium estate - on going talks / negotiating on rent 3. Building an IOS app using AI to give all independent gyms a digital footprint. Connecting Gym owners with their members, Connecting Gym service providers to gyms and members and allowing Gym members to track equipment specifically in their gym. 4. Building an IOS app that allows users to build finance quotes on cars. Not just typical loan calculator but build lease deals and PCP deals and then recommend independent brokers who specialise in these fields. None of this might be successful but it by far more entertaining than doom scrolling. What I learnt about FCA regulation on lending money, health and safety around indoor play, how a backend of an app works and how to integrate API's into AI coaching through a fitness app has been rewarding.

Sounds Great. If you get chance explore the app. Creating accounts doesn't currently have "confirm your email auth" so you should in theory be able to create three random emails to see the different calling points for users. Disclaimer I haven't started any final UI polishes.

@RealVision @Money_Penny Zero experience coding. I have been using a combination of speaking to Claude and then using @rork Max to build it. Now I have started using the app its just weeding out the bugs and putting them right.
