The perpetrator of the attempted murder in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is alleged to be of Sudanese heritage. The victim is in a critical condition and in a coma. He has significant injuries to his face, neck and body. It’s still unclear why he attacked him. My thoughts are with the victim and his family at this difficult time.
