@csaurageul it's engines. this is the unreal engine the first game in the series to use it. halo infinite used the slipspace engine. halo 4, and 5 had a different engine. this is just typical honestly of changing game engines so much. HOPEFULLY they keep it the same and we get games faster.

@HaloGaming08 Man it's the halo "fandom" there's always hate for the newest version until a new one comes out. it's a cycle. "new one bad last one real good." and it just repeats. Real halo fans are excited to play halo and don't nitpick.

@xMBGx been telling my friend the same thing for the last year and a half. Sony delaying their console would just destroy them. PC will have even better hardware by 2030. Xbox is releasing their next xbox next holiday. sony delaying would set them so far behind it makes 0 sense.

Known hardware leaker KeplerL2 responds to recent reports of the PS6 being delayed to 2028 or 2029 with a simple "nope". KeplerL2 then goes on to like a post shared by another user listing reasons why a delay wouldn't happen. "Delaying the console when it's basically done doesn't make any sense they have TSMC contracts for production of APU's, maybe even GDDR7 contracts with memory makers, R&D done that cost them a few hundred million PS5 sales are slowing down and there is no guarantee that memory prices will drop between now and 2030. Releasing it in 2027 several millions units sold before 2030 when memory price drops you just lower price of the console and gain massive market share. Honestly, if you aren't working on a AAA game, you're cooked. Which I don't addresses Xbox's core issue. Game Pass turned them into a buffet when AAA is a fine dining experience. The platform goals contradict the media itself. I don't know how you pull out of that.

@TheBlizzyB @ALegendaryDrops Sells don't matter if they already had plans to shut the studio down. That's what happened to Hi-Fi: Rush. Xbox was praising its success while also shutting the studio down because it wasn't enough. Game Pass is them being really stupid

@TheBlizzyB @ALegendaryDrops Yet those are bigger studios with bigger hits gamepass is only a bane when it's an exclusive. If you can get the thing for "free", beat it in a reasonable time and it had little to no replay value. Are you really gonna turn around and buy it?

Paying extra for local split-screen co-op goes against the very spirit of Halo, especially Combat Evolved. A huge part of Halo's appeal was playing co-op with a friend and losing yourself in the campaign. Xbox wouldn't be what it is today without accessible couch co-op.

@Mailmain_ no problem! my dad plays on consoles and I play on PC and it's what we did. I just used my account to have gamepass and made my dad's xbox the "home" xbox. you'll still need 2 more regular(free) xbox/microsoft accounts for the kiddos though to use on the xbox itself.

@Mailmain_ Main account on console. Set console as home device. Now every account on that console benefits from the benefits of the main account even if not in use. You then go use that same account on PC. Problem solved.
