@atticrahman @canadiancarol1 @timmyvoe Johnson was & is a pathological liar. He lied to his editors, lied to his wives, made a mess of the early responses on Covid, lied to Parliament & public. He sent his 2nd wife divorce papers while she was having chemotherapy. All in all a complete tosser.

@canadiancarol1 "Boris was an honourable man" 😀😅😂🤣🤣🤣 Oh dear, oh dear. 😂 Some people are either very stupid, very gullible or just post insane comments to get a reaction. Or all three.

@ImtiazMadmood It's only "honest" if it is what you already believe and just want to hear the lies. It's called confirmation bias. Papers like The Mail rely on this to keep their readers misinformed. Most sensible people realise Starmer is much more honest and reputable than previous five PMs.

@robertsturt @TrishHodkinson He learned from all the Tory PMs he faced when he was leader of the opposition. They all dodged questions as appears to be the way now but worst of all was compulsive liar Johnson who wouldn't answer questions in parliamentary PMQ or the few tv interviews he actually attended.

@TrishHodkinson Amazed that he is not forced to answer questions. PMQs is a massive waste of time. Starmer is asked a question, his answer is totally unrelated to the original question.

@TrishHodkinson All the time that he was leader of the opposition, he faced PMs who failed to answer questions in PMQ so he learned that technique from them. The worst of the lot, of course, is the compulsive liar Johnson. The few tv interviews he turned up to he failed to answer any questions.

@TheGriftReport Jack Whitehall. One of the most underwhelming live performances ever. Mind; Peter Kay wasn’t much better. Now Ricky Gervais… outstanding!

@TheGriftReport The people who are destroying what was good about Twitter (sorry, X) by persistently asking questions just so that their posts will be monetised are generally uneducated. You can always tell by the spelling or grammar mistakes.

@ThomasEvansAdur @bbcquestiontime It's like one feels that one is always in the slowest queue in a supermarket. One only notices or remembers those times. People only see the perceived BBC bias when it goes against their views and don't notice of remember when it is sympathetic to their opinions.

@bbcquestiontime One of the most botched #BBCQT's I have ever seen. The audience was traditionally stacked with Starmer supporters and when Fiona Bruce wasn't ranting at Helen Whately, Wes "friend of a friend of a paedophile" Streeting was being allowed to shout over her.

"When we are being attacked, of course we should do something" Conservative Helen Whately says “we live in a dangerous world” that requires a “strong leader”, calling Prime Minister Starmer “weak and indecisive” on the US-Israel war with Iran #bbcqt

@bbcquestiontime Badenoch was clearly in favour of joining the US in attacking Iran, but became aware that it didn’t chime with public opinion, so pulled back. Why she thinks Helen Whately is a suitable person to cover her tracks re her indecision, I will never know.

@bbcquestiontime She got very angry when her answers were challenged by the chair, the opposition and the audience. She didn't learn that she wasn't going to be allowed to get away with it and continued to attempt to deflect. She didn't perform well and quite embarrassed herself.

@DrSusanDenim @Ofcom Interesting that you don't say which way you feel the bias or one-sidedness goes. The right feel that she is biased to the left. The left say she is biased to the right. I watch every week without fail and she can be very tough to all speakers no matter who they are representing.

@DavidEl36357197 @MGreene41663 @MS2PZ Well, not quite. Initially, respect for the office is granted. But if the holder doesn't live up to that expectation, as is clearly the case with Trump, then that respect for the person is quickly lost. Trump regularly disrespects reporters when they ask reasonable questions.

@MGreene41663 @MS2PZ Of course one starts off respecting the office of Presidency, but if the office holder lies constantly, is a proven criminal, has no respect for women, is responsible for the death of foreign civilians and is so often incredibly rude, then all respect for him fades to nothing.
