@BigJohn043 What usually happens is that some did but others, usually from farther away and less familiar with the business, relied on pricing and spreadsheets without any knowledge of the people or business niche. Happens every cycle and will be worse this time with private credit.

@Catahoula_Value It feels like $BCOW management would rather continue stealing from the shareholders. $LRBI is performing well on its own and improving so not needed. Sure does spotlight the values though. $MBBC also in $PSBQ backyard where Nick Z is really improving his bank.

Plus, characteristically for a Nasdaq Baltic issuer, $CPA1T has excellent English-language investor materials and timely reporting and disclosures. Coop Pank even provides unaudited, monthly operating results reporting. While there are a lot more great little companies at compelling prices on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the quality of investor reporting for all but the largest of them is far inferior to what you will find on Tallinn Stock Exchange. And let's not even discuss the abomination of issuer reporting you will find on Czech, Austrian and Hungarian markets.

@The_Bank_Slate If my math is right that's 2x the holding company's equity and an 11% premium on the bank's deposits. Both are near the top of the range for the last decade. OFB was the largest independent in the Orlando area, but still had less than 3% share there.
