In light of the recent events, occurring on the X account of the late @officialmcafee, it has become evident that the accounts of deceased X users are vulnerable to fraud and misuse, often with the only available options only risk a suspension of the account. As such, we have contemplated a policy proposal for X, regarding to the management of a deceased persons account, especially when misuse or fraud are involved, and wish to share it. We propose a 'Legacy Mode' for X. Key Features of 'Legacy Mode' for deceased X accounts: • Badge to mark deceased users • Lock & rollback for fraud • Memorial Wall for tributes • Access for verified family Legacy Badge and Transparency • Assign a distinct “Legacy Mode” badge to the account, clearly indicating its status as belonging to a deceased user. • Assign a label to the account, to state who manages the account, similar to AI-automated accounts. 'Legacy Account' Lock and Restoration • Immediately lock the account upon detection of misuse or fraud. • Roll back the account to its state prior to any fraudulent or unauthorized activity, preserving its original content and interactions. Memorial Features • Introduce a “Memorial Wall” where users can leave tributes, share memories, or engage in a unique, moderated commenting system. • Curate a “Memory Lane” feature to showcase the account’s past interactions, ensuring the account remains a living tribute rather than a dormant locked profile. Authorized Access Transfer • Allow transfer of account access to verified representatives, such as family members or authorized foundations, after thorough authentication. Benefits: • Protects the integrity of deceased users’ accounts by addressing fraud and misuse promptly. • Offers a compassionate way to honour the deceased, fostering community engagement through memorial features. • Ensures transparency and trust by clearly marking and managing legacy accounts. @X @ElonMusk @engineering @XCreators @xai @design @XSpaces @MarioNawfal @RoundtableSpace Could Legacy Mode be a fit for X? #XPolicy #DigitalLegacy

Update: Today @H3raclit3an has been blocked by the late @officialmcafee. Janice Dyson (@theemrsmcafee) was likely responsible for this action, who has also since blocked this account. Following Part 2 of our investigative series, Janice had been silent for over a month - likely reassessing how to proceed: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Now, after a months silence, she returns, to continue the promotion of a documented fraud, on a dead mans account, and proceeds to block those that raise these legitimate concerns. This block occurred without @theemrsmcafee ever addressing or acknowledging any of the claims raised: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… In light of these events, we are compelled to re-evaluate whether Janice was truly not misled in her involvement with the project, and we are forced to consider how much prior knowledge she may have possessed. $AINTI

It looks like @crypto_noble chose to block you instead of addressing the specific concerns and detailed reporting you’ve shared about $AINTI. Blocking without engagement is pretty common when there are persistent questions about transparency or accountability, especially around crypto projects facing serious allegations. If the reporting is accurate, it’s understandable that you’d want a direct response—especially given the potential legal and reputational risks for promoters that have been highlighted in recent SEC actions against influencers for non-disclosure and misleading promotion.

We have published a six-part exposé scrutinizing the project @AIntivirus (AIntivirus.ai). Summary The AI-driven cryptocurrency project claims to honor the legacy of the late cybersecurity pioneer John McAfee (@officialmcafee), with the $AINTI token actively promoted through his X account four years after his passing. Through meticulous research, we reveal the project’s questionable origins, misleading marketing tactics, and ethical breaches, exposing how McAfee’s legacy was exploited for personal gain. Each part dissects critical aspects of the project’s history: Part 1 - AIntivirus Founder's History (Pre-AIntivirus) This part reveals the history of Josh 'Case,' detailing his involvement in various cryptocurrency projects since 2017. Characterized by rapid launches, rebrandings, and unfulfilled promises, alongside frequent collaborator Adrian Daluz, Josh's track record prior to founding AIntivirus raises concerns about credibility. Part 1: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Published: March 18, 2025 Part 2 - AIntivirus 'V1' Saga (Nov-Dec 2024) This part unmasks the origins of AIntivirus’s $AINTI (v1) token, initiated by a “timer LARP”—a conspiratorial marketing stunt crafted by Josh that exploited John McAfee’s legacy to generate hype. It reveals multiple token deployments $TEQUIL, $TEQUIL, $ESIM, $CRAIZY, unverified claims of a “rogue employee,” suspicious transactions, deleted posts, and several misrepresentations to investors. By late 2024, AIntivirus appeared abandoned, leaving v1 holders uncertain about the project’s future. Part 2: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Published: March 28, 2025 Part 3 - The Token Migration of $AINTI v1 to v2 (Jan 2025) This part examines the deceptive token migration from $AINTI v1 to v2. Investors were instructed to send tokens to a wallet provided by Josh, who promised a 1:1 swap but delivered a 10:1 supply cut. Our analysis shows nearly 40% of the v2 supply was distributed to 56 insider-controlled wallets before launch, contradicting Josh’s inconsistent allocation claims. Post-migration, the project again seemed abandoned, leaving investors in the dark until the project’s v2 relaunch. Part 3: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Published: April 4, 2025 Part 4 - The $AINTI 'v2' Relaunch (Jan-Feb 2025) This part highlights deceptive practices during the v2 relaunch. AIntivirus erased their prior online history and restricted investor comments in their Telegram channel, which was inflated with bot accounts. The relaunch, announced by Janice (@theemrsmcafee) via @officialmcafee's X account, faced scam allegations. Part 4 also documents the suspension of the @AIntivirus X account, false claims of open-source development, false marketing of the 'AIntivirus eSIM,' scrutiny of the fan-managed @JohnAInti X account, and a deleted partnership tweet by @MarioNawfal amid fraud concerns. Part 4: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Published: April 11, 2025 Part 5 - The Mario Nawfal Saga (Feb 2025) This part details the collapse of AIntivirus’s partnership with @MarioNawfal following fraud allegations from an anonymous source, followed by a harassment campaign against Nawfal and his team, including the promotion of an insider-linked $AINTIMARIO token. It reveals that Janice was reportedly divorced from John McAfee at the time of his death and was directly informed of concerns about Josh prior to her stated involvement. Part 5: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Published: May 2, 2025 Part 6 - Systemic Deception (Feb-Jun 2025) This part reveals a pattern of deception by the AIntivirus team. Their misrepresentations include dismissing legitimate critics as "haters" and making several claims during livestreams that we challenge. It documents ethical breaches, such as Josh's alleged use of John McAfee's ID for KYC verification and the unauthorized publication of 'John McAfee's blog' on the AIntivirus website, which infringes on Impact Media's IP rights and violates agreements John McAfee made during his lifetime with @FrancoisSocial. Additionally, the team’s failure to deliver promised features—such as anonymous web hosting, encrypted email, and cryptocurrency scam detection tools—along with silencing critics through threats, bans, blocks, or intimidation, further reveals a calculated effort to conceal misconduct, ultimately exposing the project’s true nature. Part 6: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Published: June 23, 2025 Conclusion Dive into this six-part exposé to see what we’ve uncovered! Law Enforcement @TheJusticeDept, @FBI, @SECGov, @SecretService, @ICEgov, @INTERPOL_HQ, @DHSgov, @Europol, @CFTC Media @CoinDesk, @Cointelegraph, @TheBlock__, @DecryptMedia, @CryptoSlate, @BeInCrypto, @Reuters, @ForbesCrypto, @WSJ, To prevent similar misuse of deceased users’ accounts here on X, support our 'Legacy Mode' proposal: Policy Proposal: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Read it, retweet it, and request @X & @elonmusk take action to implement this much needed feature! $AINTI

6 questions about John McAfee's death that still need to be answered: 1. Why was John's wife, Janice, denied an independent autopsy by a Spanish judge, and why did it take over 2 1/2 years for his body to be sent back to the US for burial? 2. Why wasn't any pictures, footage, or evidence released of his death or deceased body? (Try to find some - they don't exist.) 3. Spanish authorities ruled his death a suicide, but never released an official autopsy report. Why? 4. Why was the letter "Q" posted to his Instagram account minutes after his reported death, then deleted hours later? 5. Why did John tell his lawyer and legal team that he wanted to fight the extradition to the U.S. a day before his "suicide"? 6. John got the word "$whackd" tattooed on his arm days before his death and warned "If I suicide myself, I didn't" and "Know that if I hang myself, a la Epstein, it will be no fault of mine." 4 years later, we still need answers to these questions. No, he wasn't a model citizen—but his life mattered.

Listen up, see? This AIntivirus outfit's runnin' a racket that'd make Capone blush. They’re flashin' John McAfee’s name like a cheap suit, usin' his IDs for some shady KYC deal, even after he’s long gone. Word on the street is they’re hoardin’ nearly 40% of their tokens for insiders, keepin’ it hush-hush. Their big talk about private eSIMs? Nothin’ but hot air—third parties are snoopin’ on the data. And don’t get me started on the critics they’re musclin’ outta Telegram and X. No VPN, no email, just promises blowin’ smoke. They ain’t talkin’ back, just callin’ it “FUD” like some two-bit hustlers. The feds oughta give this joint a good shakedown, capisce?

@JasonBassler1 Janice and John were not married at the time of John's death, that may have been a factor in the complications that followed. In regards to the activities following John's death, we have documented much of it: There is the Q and the Timer LARPS: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Then there's the most recent project: x.com/H3raclit3an/st… Both are worth your attention $AINTI

Many AIntivirus investors have claimed that this @H3raclit3an account was created solely to spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) about $AINTI, alleging that our motive is to protect a rival cryptocurrency. These assertions are unfounded. Our reporting is driven by our respect for reality, not petty self-interest. If we were acting in self-interest, we wouldn’t have published our concerns. The 'petty self-interest' move would have been to align with AIntivirus to ride the initial hype-train, promote the 'holy trinity' narrative, while garnering support from Janice on her and John’s X accounts. Instead, our contributors chose to report what we believe to be the truth, as we see it—despite potential backlash and the risks involved. Importantly, concerns about the project’s founder, Josh, arose well before AIntivirus was ever announced, before its name was revealed, and before several tokens were minted, as documented throughout our series. Rather than addressing the specific issues we've raised—such as conflicting allocation claims, deceptive marketing practices, misrepresentations to investors, and unfounded claims like the 'rogue employee' that created multiple tokens using the v1 AIntivirus deployment wallet—we’ve instead been met with hostility, threats, and attempts to misrepresent our motives. Part 6 will detail this pattern of response.
