Key Features of 'Legacy Mode' for deceased X accounts: • Badge to mark deceased users • Lock & rollback for fraud • Memorial Wall for tributes • Access for verified family Legacy Badge and Transparency • Assign a distinct “Legacy Mode” badge to the account, clearly indicating its status as belonging to a deceased user. • Assign a label to the account, to state who manages the account, similar to AI-automated accounts. 'Legacy Account' Lock and Restoration • Immediately lock the account upon detection of misuse or fraud. • Roll back the account to its state prior to any fraudulent or unauthorized activity, preserving its original content and interactions.
