Best way to trade futures is 1:1 RR Even negative RR with wide stops. It’s the absolute method. The way I trade futures and the way I trade CFD’s totally different. Don’t sleep on 1:1 RR wide stops and greater risk. Extremely powerful. Remember what protects trading psychology having a statistically higher winrate. A system you can adhere to that rewards you more often. Is far superior than a system that rewards you less frequently with larger take profit targets. You may have the same equity curve over time based on statistics and data. But your psychological equity curve is going to look vastly different even leading you to make poor decisions when losing so frequently thus deviating you from your trading model. Low RR - high win-rate on futures is key 🔑

We later found out that the real reason for their dominance was their revolutionary (and highly secret) plasma jet ignition system. The advantage was so big that Toto turned the turbo boost down to make it look smaller. Do you remember when Brawn GP had their controversial double diffuser? They had a massive advantage, were accused of cheating and even taken to court. But a lot of the aero advantage on that car actually came from the outwash front wing, which almost nobody was talking about at the time. Now everyone is saying Mercedes are dominant because their car has a higher compression ratio at race temperature, but I’m getting a sense of déjà vu. After all, if compression ratio was the race-winning advantage, all the Mercedes-engined cars should be fastest on the straights.
