Hey @Meta - I pay for Meta Verified. My Facebook account was permanently disabled last month with no explanation of what rule I broke. I filed an appeal. Denied, with no specifics. Your support has been running me in circles for weeks. I’m a creator with 470K YouTube subscribers and a business that ran on this account. My ad account was tied to the disabled profile, so I can’t even reach Business support. Case #2073144349923649. @AndyStone is there actually a path here, or can Meta take years of someone’s work with zero due process?

@XSupport @premium I meant to cancel my plan and it charged me for a year. I want to cancel my plan and get arefund on the premium service. It was supposed to cancel in less than a month and I already paid for that.

It's been 10 days since my @dropboxaccount was hacked and the files were deleted. So far @DropboxSupport has not helped and has been slow and unresponsive! My Google Drive files were restored within hours but yet I pay for @DropboxBusiness and still there has been no help. My entire business runs on dropbox and I am starting to wonder if this is a mistake. I have even responed to Dropbox in the DMs and it's been almost 24 hours with no response.

Please Help! My @youtube channel and @google account was hacked and deleted! It had over 300k subs and I had 10+ Employees for this business! @TeamYouTube tells me to go to creator support who says they can't help me and to contact the hijack team who says they don’t think it was hacked! I have proof that it was hacked, I received an email from the hackers. @TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube your telling me to go to the creator team, the creator team they tell me that can’t help me and to go to the partner team they say they can’t help me because it’s “not hacked” This isn’t helping please how do I escalate to someone that can help!

@TeamYouTube Note to everyone @TeamYouTube has stopped replying to me. They tell me to go to creator support, creator support tells me to go to partner support and they tell me to go back to creator support and it keeps going in circles.
