I have no idea why the package was delivered to my home when the ups rep said they would take care of the issue with the incorrect address.

@UPS I’ve had the absolute worst experience working with ups to ship a package. The store associate sent it to the wrong state, which was supposed to fix the issue; however, my package suddenly showed up at my door when UPS claimed they would go to the correct the address.

@CoxHelp Cox really needs to do better. My neighborhood had an outage and now I’m being told that despite the issue being fixed, I have to have a tech come out and will lose a lot of business during one of the most important times of the year for sales. Thanks Cox.
