One of things that is so cool about Cuba organizing in DSA is that it’s multi tendency. I organized 20 people into this convoy right alongside a friend in GW leading another delegation.

Consensus processes tend to devolve into people getting bullied into “consensus” and any single person having the ability to throw off decision making entirely. Incompatible with democracy. But we can have multitendency democracy. Just takes accepting your “side” loses some votes
