@AppleSupport hi I have a iPhone 13 Pro (out of warranty) and facing a weird problem while forwarding photos or web pages using the share option - it takes 6-7 seconds for the option to open the app. The sharing app can be mail or WhatsApp etc. - any pointers on resolution?

@Uber_Support if the driver asks the rider to cancel the trip bcos he doesn’t have fuel for the trip is the rider supposed to pay for the cancellation of the trip? If not then why am I being asked to pay for such a trip? And your support exec is just copy pasting text not solving

It’s not always possible or needed to store number in contacts. The only way to do this now is to copy the number from the phone dialler into notepad, edit it and paste it back to the phone dialler! Why this huge workaround - when all that is needed is to allow editing the number

@Apple frustrating that a basic feature like editing a phone number that’s been typed in the phone dialler like adding a country code at the beginning or changing a single digit in the middle of the number is not possible even in iOS 17.1!!

@AppleSupport so they are pushing the same phone with “higher order” software updates. Not happy. What’s the point of Applecareplus if I get treated the same way as someone without applecareplus

@AppleSupport my iPhone 13 randomly hangs, reboots and heats up - and it had several panic logs in the log file - and is under Apple care plus but iplanet in Bangalore india seems to think it’s a software problem and not repeatable 1/2.
