The rules of the financial world are now ENTIRELY flipped. Debts = Assets Cash = Liability 🤯 Its CRITICAL for your long-term future to understand these dynamics. 1/n

Become financially independent; that’s usually 5-6mil. Have good food. Enjoy the relations. Workout. Sleep well. Call your parents. That’s all there is to life. Greed has no end. Repeat after me: Time is the currency of life. Money is not.

Jeff Garcia was asked if Brock Purdy can lead the 49ers to a Super Bowl win: “I really do because he is really the epitome of what I see in a quarterback and how a quarterback plays… His decision making. His anticipation. His footwork. You see how he translates his footwork into the process of information that is going through his mind. Where he goes in the final stages of his drop is because he’s eliminated either the number one or two choices or he’s defined that 'my number one is gonna be on time and going to the spot and I’m gonna throw him open'. He’s one of the better quarterbacks in the league in processing information and throwing receivers open.” 🎥: @T2TPod

@kinetic_finance Agree. I used to love the idea of FIRE because I hated the idea of “working for the man”. But I would not be fulfilled in life unless I continued to provide value to the world and those around me by contributing to my highest ability.

gonna get flack for this one, but the "retire on bitcoin" meme is so lame, especially for people building a community around an asset as revolutionary as bitcoin you people need to find something you're REALLY good at, become a master at it, and do it as a service for humanity there is no higher purpose. your children will look back at you as lazy and selfish if you "retire" at 40-50 and spend the next half of your life being unproductive
Rajat Soni, CFA@Rajatsoni

Are there actually people out there who think this way? 4 Bitcoin = $280K You can't retire with $280K of ANY asset Even if you buy $500K of S&P 500 index funds, you couldn't retire today...

I think I agree, the '90s were awesome bc we had a killer economy, great art/sports, but most imp smart phones didn’t exist yet (had to go out for fun/no hall monitors). Helped that I was young too. Lived in Manhattan '96-'01. It was glorious. I’m still catching up on sleep.
Autism Capital 🧩@AutismCapital

Someone said once that the 90s was the best decade because while technology was rapidly improving it was still in service of improving the quality of human life, not in service of mass information gathering and surveillance. After 9/11, everything changed. But in the 90s the tech was still helping everyone have cooler better lives.

You're 30, 40, 50 years old with a successful traditional high-earning career... like finance, law, corporate. You're not particularly thrilled to go to work every day, but you tell yourself that it's "just life" or "for your kids" not to mention what people will think if you "threw away" your "momentum" to do something different. You have ~$1MM locked in retirement accounts worth ~$750K if you liquidated. You have ~$250K in home equity post-fees. You can string another ~$500K together in cash, savings, brokerage accounts. All-in you can "liquidate your life" and have $1.5-2MM in liquidity. You can take 3/4th of that and yield $70-80K/year passive. Use the rest as "working capital" for your life... a little cash cushion. Then you create a little consulting brand and find a few companies to pay you for advice, guidance, some part-time deliverable execution. Generate another $100-200K/income working a few hours a week. So you have somewhere around $150-250K/year income entirely disconnected from a "career" or any particular physical place. You can move your family to another part of the country, or an entirely new country. Enrich your life -- which you weren't completely satisfied with before -- with some new experiences for your family. Learn about yourself, what you and your family are capable of. If it doesn't work out, or you don't like it, just go back to the drawing board again. Try something new. Iterate. You'll be dead for a long time. What's stopping you from at least considering this?

Austin was the fastest-growing big metro last year at 2.1% adding ~54K people, good for 6th in absolute growth. Houston was 1st, DFW 2nd, & San Antonio 9th for absolute. All 3 punched higher in growth . The Texas Triangle is not slowing down!🤠🚀🦾

@KnoxEndemic Hate to break it to you but that ain’t natural sugar. All sugar is heavily processed and centrifuged unless you get sucanat. Also natural flavor is actually suprisingly an artificial ingredient despite the name

Spent about 40 minutes looking for ANY metabolic pick-me-up without a bunch of poison in it, and look what I found! Natural sugar, coconut oil, and fruit juice 👍 none of that nasty chemicals, binders, or seed oils 😃

Yeah bitcoin ETFs now $2.5b for month and one good day away from completely digging out of their YTD flow hole. $IBIT is already there and then some, in top 2% among all ETFs in YTD flows. Again, incredible fortitude in face of 40% 6mo price drop and widespread media pile on. For context, when gold fell 40% in short time frame about 10yrs ago, it saw 1/3 of its investors bail (not that that's bad either, that's normal, btc is just abnormal)

US Spot BTC ETFs had strong inflows yesterday. Strategy just dropped SEC filings to allow it to buy another $42 billion in BTC - approx 590,000 BTC at today’s price). S1 filings show Morgan Stanley ETF coming soon. We are sub 1 million BTC to be mined in the next 114 years. If you haven’t figured it out yet, I suggest you “get some / get yours” if you can, while you still can. @NateGeraci @HODL15Capital @EricBalchunas @JSeyff @jameslavish @HHorsley @NeilJacobs @AdamBLiv @seth_fin @BitcoinNewsCom @BitcoinMagazine @BitcoinForCorps

Been eating more seafood oysters and sashimi soo so good taste and health wise People ask about mercury which is a valid concern but you would need to eat tuna 5-7+ times per week consistently to approach mercury levels of concern. 1-3 servings per week of larger fish is considered safe for most adults. Smaller fish and oysters aren't even a concern because mercury builds up as you go up the food chain. Tiny fish don't live long and don't eat other fish, so they never accumulate much in the first place.
