@TiceRichard He is becoming increasingly unhinged recently and posting weird stuff, I think reality is setting in now and he sees what's going on. Even if they get wor Andy, its still going to be a shit show.

I had a notion the other day that there was possibly more I could offer to this fleeting world. A feeling that with life having been comparatively kind to me, perhaps there is something I could put back. I have these thoughts about once every month – and usually they are idly dismissed because they are either unrealistic or homicidal. For example, it would be well nigh impossible to smash every single white, middle-class, middle-aged liberal in the throat until his trachea exploded in a chiaroscuro of livid pink foam and vaporised black lung stuff. Way too many tracheas and not enough time, sadly. Let them continue living a lie, was the conclusion I came to, reckoning that one day they will be brought to judgment before a God who is perhaps more vigorously right of centre on certain issues than they had dared imagine. ✍️ Rod Liddle Article | spectator.com/article/kemi-g…

Actually I’ll leave you with; Excellent response from Kemi. She spoke to the family & agreed to a cross party response to his death & agreed her stance with them. Someone who actually respects the wishes of the family
Cllr Lucy Trimnell 🫖@LucyTrims

Kemi speaking to GBNews about why she chose not to ask any questions about Henry Nowak’s death on Wednesday and about the Conservatives plans to end deindustrialising in this country. I don’t need to tell you she was clear and concise with her answers, she always is. It’s well worth a watch.

I’m generally minded to think that if Reform field hundreds of highly competent candidates then they’d be worth electing at the next election. But if this is the calibre of person they choose for a critical by-election, it doesn’t bring much hope.

I’m with Owen on this one. Not a fan of the pure blood ethno nationalists. Ethnicity is an important part of national identity, but it isn’t the only part, or even the most sacred one. Would you die to protect the children of this country? That’s enough for me. All welcome.
Owen Jones@owenjonesjourno

A request for help. Steve Laws demands all Sikhs are deported after Henry Nowak's murder. But he supports deporting everyone with "non-British" heritage. Henry Nowak had Polish heritage. Would you have deported Henry Nowak? I keep asking. He won't answer. So please ask him

@augusteprompt No, because politicians are supposed to be a reflection of the general public. It does not take a lot of brain power to vote in line with what the party whip tells you to do. MP's in Parliament are just a voting block for the leaders.

I think we should IQ test politicians and public servants and melt down any of them that score under 120. I don’t even care about filling the potholes.

@lukerobertblack Thats not what the term means to most people. Its not literally meaning as a career, its the trajectory of the person from Oxford / Cambridge University to eventual MP that is the problem. Like Burnham...

Less “career politicians” is a line that would perhaps land better if their leader quite literally hadn’t spent the last 4 decades as a politician. You cannot get more ‘career politician’ than Nigel Farage.
BBC Question Time@bbcquestiontime

"Get normal people in politics, people who care about the place... and not use it as a stepping stone for other things" Reform UK's Robert Kenyon says less “career politicians” would “certainly help” politics, saying people in Wigan have been “left behind” #bbcqt

@PCBarnes123 @reformparty_uk @GoodwinMJ An unaffiliated voted who is consistently commentating on politics...whilst using pejorative language with anyone who disagrees with him online. This is a philosophically untenable position. You dont get to hold all of those views at the same time. Its disengenuous.

No clue yet, politics isn't a football team. The thing is my comments are not based on support or hatred or anything to do with another party, their leader or whatever childish nonsense people are ragebaited into. I hold them all to the same standard. They are all undeserving of blind loyalty.

When people ask me why I still consider @reformparty_uk a protest party, this from @GoodwinMJ is the perfect example. Stop telling us why we shouldn’t vote for something and start telling us why we should vote for you. We know the other thing sucks, it’s often self-evident, tell us what you will do better and how It’s the same with the tired lines “the Tories had 14 years” and “splitting the vote” move on. It’s like Labour blaming the Tories, it’s not the weapon it was, that blade is dull. Negative framing makes the vote an action against and not a vote for. This is the definition of a protest vote @reformparty_uk are running a “Project Fear” campaign narrative, just like Remain did. They need to move to a vision style narrative. Trump’s ‘Make America Great Again’ or Obama’s ‘Hope’ are uniting. These give purpose and drive and inspires confidence. That’s leadership. That’s statesmen behaviour.
Matt Goodwin@GoodwinMJ

If you’re planning to vote Restore you are being played. It’s pretty obvious to everybody in Westminster what’s going on.

So the weird thing about the Question Time debate. Robert Kenyon is so desperately trying to remember and stick to the lines to take given him by Reform’s media team he’s the most stilted and unnatural person on the panel.

Another useless Tory. Shifting the narrative to “thoughts and prayers for the police” and “racist far-right” after a white guy was murdered and cuffed by the police is pretty shameless

"It is outrageous this idea that you cannot be English or British because of your ethnicity." Sunday Times columnist Matthew Syed, who won a gold medal for England, tells #Newsnight that he finds the idea "profoundly divisive".

We are Britainmaxxing. A united Right is the way we win. Labour does not care about Britons. And thanks to the Conservatives, there is little left to conserve. Britain needs more than conserving or reforming, she needs restoring!

Our nation needs @RestoreBritain Over the next three years there must be a big tent common sense consensus formed to challenge the uniparty. All patriotic movements should have a voice in that discussion. If I can help in any way. I will.

Having watched Question Time tonight, Rob Kenyon was not the walkover that many on the gloating Left were predicting and hoping for. His first time on national TV obviously was accompanied by some nerves but he answered straightforwardly and honestly. If he did not know an answer, he had the courage to say so, unlike so called professional politicians who would just waffle around it instead. He also came across as a decent and down to earth bloke who knew his home area.

Survation.@Survation

Makerfield By-Election Update: survation.com/makerfield-by-… Survation conducted a new poll of the Makerfield constituency. Fieldwork was conducted by telephone among 518 adults in the constituency between 26th May and 1st June 2026. A combination of landline and mobile data were used. Methodology Statement Population Sampled: All residents aged 18+ living in the Makerfield parliamentary constituency. Total Sample Size: 518 Data Collection Method: Telephone interview. A combination of landline and mobile data were used. Fieldwork Dates: 26th May – 1st June 2026 Data Weighting: Data were weighted to the profile of all adults in Makerfield constituency aged 18+. Data were weighted by age, sex, ward and 2024 General Election vote. Targets for the weighted data were derived from Office for National Statistics data and the results of the 2024 UK General Election. Margin of Error: Because only a sample of the full population was interviewed, all results are subject to a margin of error. For example, in a question where 50% gave a particular answer, with a sample of 518 it is 95% certain that the “true” value would fall within 4.8 percentage points of the sample result. Headline by-election voting intention - Table V2 (likelihood-weighted, undecided/refused removed, no squeeze): Candidate / Party / Vote share Andy Burnham - Labour 49% Robert Kenyon - Reform UK 39% Rebecca Shepherd - Restore Britain 8% Sarah Wakefield - Green Party 2% Jake Austin - Liberal Democrat 1% Michael Winstanley - Conservative 1% Another party <1% Base: likely voters, factored by likelihood to vote, with undecided and refused voters removed Data tables are available here: cdn.survation.com/wp-content/upl…
