they can make the message better, clearer. They don't have to walk back anything. They are making the UI ubiquitous to work on a variety of devices and scale up or down depending on hardware.. that's not gonna change. They just need to clean up the messaging. Hopefully this new ceo will be good at that. I always felt the messaging and features were muddled and not clearly spelled out under phil, it was one of my biggest gripes. There are STILL tens of millions of people who have no idea what gamepass is or how it works. That is unacceptable. The message needs to be clear and concise and EXPLAIN wtf they're doing
