Almost all the disability from this new crop of Vet's who weren't involved in the GWOT seems to be depression and anxiety and that gets you almost to 100%. 50% of people who leave the military are now claiming disability. 2% serve in active combat zones.
This guy teaches vets how to get the highest disability rating possible. That's what he does for work. He also gets disability for anxiety.
He's a navy reservist guys... The PACT act left open a bunch of loopholes for trans service members and these guys all discovered them. That's what this is.
The PACT act has to go as a bill.

Bro it's so much worse than that. The States entire case rested on the fact that none of these guys were trained on the MRT and that what they did went far beyond what they were ever trained to do. That was a lie and the judge helped them lie by striking the training manuals being shown as evidence to the jury.
They were trained to do that. Regardless how you feel you can't lock up people for doing what they are trained to do.

Depending on bullet selection an ot six at 150 yards could fragment in such a way that it is impossible to prove conclusively that it came from any one rifle. That's the main thing I am saying here on the site famously known for it's nuance appreciators

Lot of people are trying to JFK files this situation when there hasn't been a trial yet. We don't know all of what evidence does or does not exist. That said, this could be explained by bullet fragmentation. Doesn't mean it was or wasn't fired from the same rifle.

President Trump is dealing with a situation a lot of parents might recognize. It’s like you’ve paid for years of swimming lessons, but the kid stayed in the shallow end, splashing and complaining because he knew you’d always be there to bail him out.
At some point, you realize the constant rescue has become the problem. So you take him out into deep water and let go, not to hurt him, but because it’s the only way he might finally learn to swim.
The dilemma is that there are no good options. Step in too soon and you prove nothing has changed. Step back and you’re watching someone who can’t save himself and may not even want to. It's an intractable problem, and in the end the US will have to take care of it again.

The pro war side can dismiss this all they want. Go ahead. All I can tell you is that I personally know multiple VERY conservative lifelong Republicans voters who are so furious and feel so betrayed that they’re planning to sit out the midterms. I don’t think that’s the right move and don’t encourage it. But this is something I’m hearing pretty often. People are pissed. Maybe that doesn’t show up on this site. Maybe it doesn’t show up yet in the polls. But it’s real. Go talk to people. Actual human people.
