We're home from holiday now and back in England, but she still needs her cover-ups in this weather. So she's had to buy some more, which she will claim from BA. Buy what you need.

@_aggiemay @British_Airways I am waiting on a bag also, ba are having a nightmare with all this. My advice here is to go out and buy all the items you need to replace the luggage contents and send ba the bill, that’s what I am about to do.

@British_Airways You have duplicated my bag on two references in your world tracer system. Please can someone sort this out because I think it's getting the bag stuck in the system. I've sent all this on DM but your bot cannot handle it. I need to speak to a human!

@Fredlondoner99 @British_Airways We are in the same boat. Two bags delayed on 15th May. One they claim to have attempted delivery for yesterday, which is a lie as we were in all day. And the other, we have no clue where it is. Have been on holiday and now back home. Customer service is appalling.

So @British_Airways it’s now the 24th May, we flew on the 15th May and we still do not have our bag. We’ve been to Turkey for a week and are now back home. You lost all our luggage. Will we ever see it again?

@British_Airways Who else out there is still waiting for their luggage from the 15 May 2026? I understand there was a problem with the conveyors but why was there not a contingency plan? We’ve been told numerous times our luggage is ‘ out for delivery’ & it doesn’t arrive.

Day 6 since I last saw my bag when @British_Airways failed to load at T5. I’m now led to believe it was flown to Cairo for a second time yesterday and was due to be put on a flight to Sharm straight after. Instead, it seems they’ve flown it back to LHR again 🤦‍♂️

@christails @British_Airways I've been following your bag woes, Chris. My mum is in the same boat. She's back home after her holiday now, and still no bag. It flew to Malaga yesterday, probably passing her in the sky, as she flew to London. BA has all the tracking info. I don't understand it really. Shambles

I was on the chat service from 11pm - almost 1am last night with the representative refusing to help us because my mother is not named on the baggage report. No, she's not named because BA didn't name her!

@British_Airways arrived back from Milan Linate Fri 15May. Baggage could not be offloaded. My luggage returned Sun 17th. Still not received husbands..can track with AirTag. Spent days @ Heathrow & now @ Riverside Cargo Slough for last 2days. Delays and platitudes unacceptable.

@AliciaHayes1884 @British_Airways What's concerning is BA merged FIVE unrelated passengers onto ONE baggage claim in Málaga. So my mum was never given her own reference number and BA now refuses to speak to her about her own suitcase because she is “not the named passenger”. We still don’t know where her bag is.

@British_Airways BA stop ignoring me. You grouped my mum's delayed bag on a baggage report along with four strangers on her flight. You now refuse to speak to her as she's not the named person on the report, but this is a BA error. Data protection breach. Someone needs to help her! @SpeedbirdSean

BA refuses to speak to her because she isn't named on the report, yet her bag is on the report. We have no idea where the bag is and BA's usual channels won't help.

@_aggiemay @British_Airways After kicking up a fuss emailing CEO husband’s suitcase delivered @ 8:30 pm this evening. Delivery van full of suitcases. Apparently delayed luggage delivered to one agent then another & finally to those who deliver.😵‍💫😵. Everyone should have an AirTag. seanl.doyle@ba.com

@British_Airways In the case of you not repatriating a passenger with their delayed luggage in time for their return flight. Will you cover the cost of a small cabin case to put their essential items in for their return flight? & what about emergency toiletries exceeding 100ml?

@DailyMail @Telegraph @TheSun @DailyMirror @thetimes 1000s of passengers flown on holiday sans their luggage. @British_Airways left it in a pile in T5 on Fri. Day 5 & still no reparation of luggage to passengers! No updates, no statement. We need the weight of the press on this!

Why is the press not reporting the chaos at T5 with @British_Airways flying passengers whilst leaving their luggage in a huge pile in the terminal? Have any passengers been repatriated with their belongings, yet? @BBCBreaking @itvnews @GBNEWS @itvnews @CNN @BBCNews
