The AI overhang everyone talks about: model capacity vs. real use cases built on top.
There’s a second overhang nobody’s discussing.
When your agents are architected right, you ship so fast that your product outruns customers’ ability to keep up — not because they’re not paying attention, but because the pace of what’s possible has genuinely outrun the pace of habit change.
We’ve been feeling this at Triple Whale. We keep pushing Moby to the edge of what the models can do, and when we look at usage, we realize most customers are still just discovering what’s been already live.
The wildest bottleneck in AI right now isn’t capability. It’s not even adoption. It’s discovery, and that’s on us to solve.

@ManychatHQ my client is stuck because some past employee linked their Instagram to a many chat account. They have no access to that many chat account and now cannot use their Instagram in ANY many chat account.
Impossible to access support.
Are you able to help?

I've been building with AI ten hrs a day for the last year+. A decade+ of coding & building tech products before that. Very excited to see more brands adopting AI. Clearly still BIG skill & tech gaps in most brands. My team and I have expanded our fractional CTO offering to cover AI Implementation as well. Whether you want a CTO available to slack questions to, or a team to tackle your internal vibe ops... Let's chat! krasadev.com

Three things happened in our community last week:
1. founder running a $42M company asked: "Can someone spend an hour showing my team how to use Claude?"
2. Another founder started building his own AI Chief of Staff from scratch in Claude Code. 11 people jumped in to help.
3. A new member joined doing $300M in revenue with 65 people. His offer: "I'll help you AI-ify your company."
The AI adoption curve inside founder communities is compressing fast.
One month ago, most of these conversations were theoretical. Now they're operational: "show me how to set it up."

@jacob_posel Not as compelling as taking secondary

@EmmettNaughton 100%
It's hard to get motivated to build custom infra around current foundational models. It all changes in < 3mo...
English

@abe_clark I think that’s one of the reasons why I get really frustrated. The processes change as fast as they take to implement…

@bizlifewithtim Easy to let doubt sneak in otherwise.
Moving and seeing progress sustains stamina

@abe_clark I’m starting to learn this. Almost as soon as your mind validates an idea, then act and move with purpose and pace.
