@ConciergeSA @CityofCT @geordinhl The specific bag has been left there for more than a week. We all try to pick up what we can every day. Nearby bins are overflowing. More needs to be done by city for regular cleaning. As the name of our special tax suggests

Hello @CityofCT - your online service request platform is not working. This is highly frustrating. You want us to use it to make service requests so you can brag about it in your annual report - but it doesn't service the rate payers. It just hangs 🙄🙄🙄

Spokesperson for City of Cape Town Law Enforcement, Wayne Dyason, says the man seen in a viral video has handed himself in. In the footage, a man believed to be a tourist guide is seen picking up the littered item and returning it to the driver, who then allegedly opens his car door and litters again. WANTED* Via MMC JP Smith, @CityofCT We're seeking the public's help to identify two people in a viral video. A motorist tossed litter from their vehicle at an intersection in the CBD. A tour guide approached, picked it up, and returned it – but the driver threw it out again and gave obscene gestures to the tour bus occupants 😡. Littering's an offence under South Africa's environmental laws. The driver could face a fine, and their vehicle might be impounded. We need info on: - The tour guide who tried to intervene - The motorist in the video.
