@ajaykrishdotcom In some cases we do more rapid testing, then reshuffle.
It's done semiautomatically in the background narrowing down changes (also automatically)

@adriankuleszo That's cool. Good luck with the projects! 👍🙂

@ajaykrishdotcom Both were US-based clients which is even more interesting

Had two leads come through Google last week.
Probably the most straightforward and professional discovery calls I’ve had in a while.
They didn't know who I was, just said I look very familiar. They saw the work and booked a call.
Value of both projects easily exceeds $100k.
Given how smooth the close was and how serious these leads are, I'm going all-in on SEO next year.
I'd suggest you look outside of the X bubble too.
There are literally millions of opportunities online, compared to thousands here on X.

It's insane what a touch of motion can do.
A strong illustration is great, but combined with motion it comes alive.
That's why I'm going all in on @rive_app as a value add to the agency offering.
Again: can't wait to show what's cooking.

Design jobs are in trouble.
We may not see the full effect for few more years but the change is already happening.
We hit a blow off top on too many jobs and unnecessary roles and in our healthy pull back stage.
When jobs return, as they’re starting too slowly, they’ll be much different than when they were last decade.
Speciality roles will struggle. People want to hire more doers and less thinkers. More creators and less managers.
Areas that shine will web designers that build, fully skilled product designers, graphic designers that understand marketing, designers that can create content, designers that utilize AI, logo/brand designers, and of course designers that build and few others.
Speciality roles will still exist but only at places that can afford nice to haves—not everyone.
Start adjusting now. You may already be behind if you haven’t already. We started warning about this years ago.
Always keep future proofing your career if you want to keep growing and moving up.
Don’t give up. Many will. But you won’t because you want it more.
You got this.

Every time I post a website that inspires me people comment asking Qs like: - Framer or Webflow? - What are the animations? - etc. Your answer 👉 @builtwith I've been using this website for 10+ years to inspect tech stacks.
