Now seems like the right time to do another #FramerChallenge, right?
English

Spent 1.5 months building my first @framer template.
Focused on SaaS and finance. Clean, fast, and built to launch. It is now live on the Framer Marketplace, and it is 100% free 🆓
Go build something 🙌

Just spent 30+ min re-creating this pricing section in @framer
Originally got the inspiration from @jittervideo site

@_CryptoDesigner @framer Has it been like this for a while?
I’ve heard about that, but I don’t get why X would do this to someone who isn’t spamming or scamming people. I really don’t think that applies to you. Have you thought about just starting a new account?
English

@andrebutenko @framer Thanks man. No idea. It’s obvious that X has shadow-banned my account, and I don’t understand why. I post regularly, what else am I supposed to do? The algorithm is unfair.

New Year's Eve got me emotional.
I started to think about this year and how I was running our studio, and what the biggest lesson was.
My mind went straight to that client we fucked up with and only got paid 50%.
But it taught us two things.
The first lesson was to have a discovery phase, which we didn't have.
We'd just send 10 concepts, they'd pick one, we'd explore it more, done.
We were basically one-shotting logos, and it worked.
Until a co-founder loved everything, but he showed it to the other co-founder, and he hated it.
Fair enough, that happens, but we had no foundation to fall back on.
Didn't know their tastes, what they hated, nothing. Ended up not delivering.
They admitted they were terrible clients, and we admitted we should have done better.
Now, we go overboard in the beginning, 45 questions, love/hate exploration, keyword map, then start concepting.
If there's pushback, we've got checkpoints to go back to instead of starting from zero.
The second lesson was to talk with ALL the decision makers otherwise, it's a waste of time.
Anyway, happy New Year!

Absolutely surreal year so far.
In January I've set out 3 massive goals of which I have already reached 2.
Growing out of my comfort zone and quitting my job to be self-employed was one of the hardest things I've ever done.
I fully expected that it would take me at least 1 - 1.5 years to match my previous income but i managed to do that in less than 6 months.
My biggest takeaway is set your OWN goals. Don't be rushed by anyone else and take as much time as you need.
Don't be fooled though me quitting my job was 3 years in the making. I did not just wake up one day and decided to quit.
This is not a sprint. I plan in years not in months.
If i reach it quicker great. If not i keep going for as long as i have to.
Grateful for all the opportunities.
Will update as soon as i've crushed my last goal.
