I made a transaction at @Adobe in Indian Rupee (₹) using @AxisBank credit card and another transaction at @canva in Indian Rupee (₹) using @KotakBankLtd. Both transactions were in Indian Rupee (₹), but still both banks charged DCC Markup and GST. Why? Please explain. @RBI
