Removing #ChiefElectionCommissioner, as per Indian Constitution is like that of a Supreme Court judge. It needs “proved misbehaviour or incapacity”. Opposition’s impeachment resolution is blocked by chairs of both houses. Where does that leave CEC’s moral authority ?
