@cleaningbizguy Wow, How many leads are you getting per day?
English

@sensarpensar @toddsaunders Keep grinding and keep winning bro, I'll follow your journey around.
If you need any assistance, happy to help as I am killing it with business automations right now.
English

@arhamdotai @toddsaunders Just vibin bro and seeing where it takes me
English

@sensarpensar @toddsaunders Interesting, where are you in your journey right now ?
English

@arhamdotai @toddsaunders Claude code? If that’s what you’re asking
English

@sensarpensar @toddsaunders Interesting, what tech stack are you using for that?
English

Trying to build an automated production calendar for our crews
Project gets approved in our CRM
Flows into the production tool with all customer and job info
Office team selects the crew to do the job and it gets automatically slotted into the next available date
Every project links to the next so if one moves all the ones after move accordingly
There’s a history of all changes made and dates moved
The tool auto calculates how long the job will take depending on the crew and complexity
Each job is cost and profit loaded so we can forecast how much $/month is on the books
English

@nathanglass @toddsaunders Capturing all in one system is tricky. Where are you in your journey, and how is it going?
Would love to hear your progress.
English

@toddsaunders I've been building a "backend" app to run my painting business. Tracks leads, jobs, CRM, business goals, estimate bookings. Does most everything except estimating.
English

@BillySchrero @WilsonCompanies Are you using different agents/workflows for each task, or a system that streamlines all tasks and reports them in a single sheet?
English

@WilsonCompanies Started with automating the grunt work of permitting and certification processes. Produces submit ready details to PM who just needs to review and click submit.
Estimate follow-up’s is next on the list
English

@ThaNewDealer723 @WilsonCompanies Have you tried doing it on an automated lead system, while you don't have to schedule jobs by yourself and every task is assigned to the designated person instantly.
Biggest change we have seen is that our lead nurture/follow ups systems have streamlined very well.
English

@WilsonCompanies I brain dump onto a white board. Jobs. Scheduling. Capacity. Man power. Variables in jobs and potential roadblocks. Upload picture and add any context via voice. It then plans out and schedules our week with tasks lists and notes on Google Calendar.

English

@BzNav_R_Mont @WilsonCompanies Have you tracked how many leads are missed when there is a delay? AI based follow ups are doing a great job, and the missed leads have gone down by 60%.
English

@WilsonCompanies Using it for research and drafting, but I still call immediately when someone reaches out. AI handles the busywork. I handle the close. Still testing what actually drives revenue vs the hype.
English

My most profitable Facebook ad has generated me over $75k in booked business
What’s worked for me:
✅Show yourself, people trust people
✅Speed, call within 5 minutes
✅Follow up, like a mad man
✅A GREAT offer, no 15% off nonsense
✅Lead forms, no Messenger texts
✅Simple copy, no long copy or text. 3rd grade reading level
🚀

English

@sullevol How much does it take you to follow up?
In my experience, delayed follow ups makes the lead uninterested.
English

@smallbizguy0 Agreed, when leads are missed/unanswered, they move on to your competitor.
What are you using for automated follow ups?
English

@cyrusfba that's cool, very excited to see your automation journey on X that will help others, too. Btw, If you need any assistance happy to help!
English

@arhamdotai Anything that is possible, which I’m finding almost everything is with OpenClaw now.
Reverse engineering the shit I hate doing and teaching AI to do it for me.
English

Upselling is one of the easiest ways to add revenue to your business and you’re probably ignoring it.
For example, if you’re a pressure washing / window cleaning business and you’re on-site, call the client:
"We noticed your gutters are a bit dirty. Since we’re here, would you like us to take care of them? Just $100 add-on since there's no travel fee."
Simple. Easy revenue. Minimal effort.
English

@pjmcgeary That's awesome. Despite having a great team what systems are helping to operate your biz remotely?
English

Back home after a 4 day trip to Boston from Saturday to Tuesday night.
While I was gone, here’s what happened:
59 cleanings
$16,181 in revenue
12 new 5-star reviews
5-6 new bookings
Very limited involvement on my end on all of this.
I tweet a lot about not being where I want to be because I’m a psycho.
But truthfully, the team we’ve built is fantastic and my business could just about run itself already.
Feels good to be back in the driver’s seat though, I have a higher level to-do list to work at and I’m almosttttt there.
English

@cyrusfba That's interesting! what operations are you automating in your cleaning biz?
English

@arhamdotai Automating my cleaning company haha. Had to switch the model to haiku for the error to go away
English

@cyrusfba This might be due to agents failing, what are you building Zack?
English

@arhamdotai This specifically is an issue my openclaw has been giving me today
English

@cleanwithmike What automations are you running right now?
