@VivPaps Pocus Atlas and 5 Min Sono. But as much as you possibly can, just see if you can get hands on experience. Offer the department some free ultrasounds and they’ll likely let you - reading is great but you gotta do/see to really make it stick.

Quick ways to help rule out pulmonary embolism in young dyspneic patient
1. No new T-wave inversions on ECG
2. Inferior vena cava is collapsible on ultrasound
3. No RV dilation on parasternal long axis with cardiac US
